Introduction CE 1.1.1 I joined Grameenphone Ltd. on 25th October 2007 in the Position, â€Å"System Engineer† in Regional Operation Maintenance Unit under Operations Department of Technology Division. As a field engineer, I had to move Rangpur, a major city in Bangladesh where my main objective was to do Preventive Maintenance and Operation of BTS Power System. I worked there till 30th June 2011. CE 1.1.2 Grameenphone Ltd. is countrywide GSM Network operator in Bangladesh. Started in 1997, they have the succeeded to have highest number of market and revenue share. It is a joint venture enterprise between Telenor (55.8%), the largest telecommunications service provider in Norway with mobile phone operations in 12 other countries, and Grameen Telecom Corporation (34.2%), a non-profit organization of Bangladesh. The other 10% shares belong to general retail and institutional investors. B.
